Better than Black Friday

Time and time again I have hit the stores on Black Friday and come back with not much to show for the amount of dressing room and checkout line waiting that comes with the notary of the day. It is the after Christmas sales every year where I almost always find the most amazing deals! This year I waited until the second day after Christmas to hit the mall scouring for deals and there was still plenty of merchandise lining the shelves and I think I got even better deals! I didn't need much this year so I really approached the day just looking for really stop-you-in-your-tracks-and-squeel-with-glee kind of deals on items that could be staples in my wardrobe.

I ended up only buying two pairs of shoes after visiting many stores but these shoes were quite the score! J.Crew was having an additional 30% off sale on all items that were already reduced, and you were able to use a student discount on top if this, which is another 15%.  I found two pairs of wedge sandals marked at $19.99 each and they luckily were my size! I was so excited when I saw that these wedges were my size. With the additional 30% off and then my student discount of  15% both shoes rang in at only $11.90 each!!! What a steal considering the original retail price of these shoes combined was $385!!!!!!!!! Insane right? This was a savings of about 94% on both of these shoes!

I was even more excited because I now have two awesome, comfortable pairs of wedges that I will be bringing with me on vacation to Aruba in a few days! So exciting!

T.J.Maxx Tuesday!

Today I have a bargain find that is beyondddd amazing! I found this top last year on the Runway clearance rack and nearly died. For any woman who knows fashion, Valentino is one of those drool worthy designers that most women lust after and can look at from afar, but because of the outrageous prices, can never afford to own. I was one of those women, and thus nearly died when I found this sexy Valentino top on clearance for only $25 dollars!!!!!!

I have yet to wear this top, I'm really waiting for a special occasion, but I am thinking that it will look killer under a blazer!
