T.J.Maxx Tuesday (Monday?)

Last weekend I found a great top at T.J.Maxx! The top is Elizabeth and James (one of my favorite designer lines) and was such a steal! Its a royal blue silk top with black mesh detailing as the straps and a sweet heart cut neckline under the mesh. I also think the back zipper detail gives an otherwise semi fancy top a little edge. I already this weekend already!
