Color Covet: Cerulean

I am absolutely loving hues of blue! Blue just reminds me of summer and is anything but a sad color. It reminds me of clear blue skies, the many hues of the ocean, summer rainstorms, hydrangea flowers ... and the list goes on. I learned in an interview with Valeria 'ValBlue' McCulloch who ONLY wears the color blue (here is the interview) that blue is actually a pretty interesting color... for instance she said, 

"Germanic tribes wore it to ward off enemies and

 Christians used it to denote divinity...

and people once thought that 

sapphires had healing properties." 

Who knew right?
