Drumroll Please... Pantone color of the year is: Radiant Orchid

I am blushing with excitment at this fabulous springy, bubbly tone that Pantone has named for it's color of the year. I have always been a fan of purple, but like my other favorite color (emerald) flattering shades of purple are often hard to find. I love this tone as it is the right amount of playful while still being sophisticated and chic. I also love that orchid (like the flower the color gets it's name from) comes in a lot of variations and hues. Fun fact, orchid also pairs fabulously well with emerald!
